Genesis Foods was established in 2019, located in the Development Zone of Haigang District, Qinhuangdao City. It covers an area of 16000 m², with a construction area of 5000m² for the Future Food Innovation Center and a production workshop construction area of 6500 m² .
The company ground features a Future Food Research and Development Center, a 1800 m² of Future Food Innovation Laboratory and a 6500 m² of Production Workshop, 28 R&D personnel, a professional team with advanced knowledge and global product insights. The main work direction of the R&D center is scientific research based on interdisciplinary (food omics, food synthetic biology, food perception science, nutrition, material science, etc.) to provide effective solutions for food supply, quality, safety, nutrition, convenience, deliciousness and other issues. More than 10 invention patents and more than 500 product formulas and solutions.
The company's main food ingredient solutions include: dietary fiber, soybean powder, soybean protein concentrate, soybean protein isolate,etc.; product categories include: confectionery, beverage, dairy, meat, convenience, bakery. The total investment of the project is 100 million yuan, and the annual production capacity of food additives and plant protein is 13,000 tons.
